The template was installed as Joomla 6–ready, however it fails immediately after installation with a fatal error.
The issue is a ClassNotFoundError for HelixUltimate\Framework\Platform\Helper, triggered in error.php (Helper::loadTemplateData()). This indicates that either the Helix Ultimate framework is not properly loaded, or the template relies on classes that are not available under Joomla 6.
Given that the template is presented as Joomla 6 compatible, this behavior is unexpected.
Please clarify:
Which exact version of Helix Ultimate is required for Joomla 6, Whether additional setup steps are needed after installation, Or if this is a known compatibility issue with the current release.
At this point, the template is not usable in a clean Joomla 6 installation.
