Good afternoon, I need to add a section to the checkout form, below the 'Shipping/Billing Address' section, to include the private buyer’s tax code (16 alphanumeric characters). The field labelled 'VAT ID NUMBER' in the 'CONTACT' section might also work, but it is currently limited to 11 characters. In Italy, however, 16 alphanumeric characters are required for the buyer's tax. What can be done? Thank you. Andrew

At the moment, there isn’t an option to add a new custom field to the checkout form, including below the “Shipping/Billing Address” section. However, regarding the “VAT ID Number” field you mentioned — it is not limited to 11 characters on our end. According to our development team, the current limit is up to 50 characters, which should accommodate a 16-character alphanumeric tax code without issue.
